Takeover of GIS Consulting GmbH, a unit of RWE Systems AG

The first FM licence outside the RWE group is sold

Takeover of WGI, Dortmund

Advent International acquires the SAG Group, merger of SAG Elektrotechnik, SAG Netz- und Energietechnik and SAG Holding into SAG GmbH

SAG CeGIT extends its expertise in processing complex planning projects up to obtaining planning approval

EQT acquires the SAG Group

SAG CeGIT wins the order of the SAG group for development of a task and workforce management system (AWFM) up to obtaining planning approval

SAG CeGIT wins the order from the SAG Group to define a process and technology for structuring smart grids in the distribution grid
