How to become an SAG Group supplier

The SAG Group's supplier portal creates a new level of quality for our supplier relationships. This platform brings together all of our national and perspectively international sourcing activities. All those involved will benefit from the highly efficient communication and interaction, i.e. from the numerous opportunities for improved competitiveness thanks to better transparency and optimised processes.

Become a partner in the SAG supplier portal: What does this mean?

You will become an authorised user of supplier portal in a two-step registration process and will receive an account with a user name and password. Using this, you can then use various applications approved for your business (tenders, recieving orders, delivery of order confirmations).

How does the registration process work?

First, enter your supplier details. This includes general company details like name, address, DUNS num-ber. Further, our contact in your company will give us certain personal details like name, position and contact details (phone number, email etc.). Your company will then, following successful validation, be entered into our supplier pool.

If you have the necessary data to hand, then filling out the registration form will only take up to 5 minutes. All fields are self-explanatory. Fields marked with red asterisks are mandatory.

What are the technical requirements?

You will need an internet connection and a web browser. We support all popular web browsers, e.g. Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. We recommend always using the latest version of the browser and to make use of the updates provided by the browser producers.

The communication is secure!

For the SAG supplier portal, we only use technologies that enable secure access and an equally secure exchange of data. These data are encoded when working with the SAG supplier pool for our mutual secu-rity. No data are sent without protection via the internet. This means we can guarantee maximum data security.

Data protection

You can usually view all SAG website pages without providing any personal information. In cases where we need your name, address or other personal data, we will notify you beforehand. Your personal usage data are used in order to design the SAG services as well as possible for you and to improve them. All systems where customer data are stored are password-protected and only accessible to a limited group of people.

If you decide to transmit personal data to SAG via the internet, so that, for example, correspondence can be continued or an order completed, these data are treated carefully in accordance with the strict regula-tions of the Federal Data Protection Act. In this process, the high security standards of the Teleservices Data Protection Act and the Data Protection Ordinance for Telecommunications Companies are applied to all measures. No person-related analysis is entered into. The right to statistic evaluation of anonymous data records is reserved.
